The Yellowstone-Area Randonneurs organizes ultra-distance bicycling events
in the greater Yellowstone-Tetons region, encompassing portions of Idaho,
Wyoming, and Montana.
We are the regional administrators of Brevets de Randonneurs Mondiaux, and
in 2008 will be hosting a 200 km and 300 km bicycling events. These
unsupported bicycle rides, called brevets, are sanctioned in the United States
by Randonneurs USA (RUSA) and internationally by Audax Club Parisien
(ACP) in France. (There are no 400 km or 600 km brevets scheduled for
2008.)
Experienced long-distance cyclists are invited to participate in these
challenging rides.
